Responsibilities

The purpose of this part of the study is to evaluate the effects of omeprazole on how much of the study drug reaches the blood stream and how long the body takes to get rid of these drugs. Omeprazole has been approved as an over-the-counter medication for the treatment of frequent heartburn. In addition, the safety and tolerability of the study drugs, when given together, will be evaluated. You will receive one oral dose of one of the study drug formulations on in Period 1 and Period 2. In Period 2, you will also receive an oral dose of omeprazole on Days 1 through 7.
