Males or Females aged 18 and above
Participants must have a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 22-38 kg/m2
Participants should be scheduled to undergo a primary unilateral first metatarsal bunionectomy repair
Participants must be non-smokers

Participants are required to attend several visits during study period which will be up to 32 days.
